Default Is their a filter for the transmission on a manual C5?
So I changes my transmission fluid about 25,000 miles ago/5 years ago. I didn't change any filter and forgot if I researched it to find out if their was even a filter. Is their a transmission filter? Is their any extra process besides draining the fluid to change the fluid properly in a C5?

I've never heard of an OEM one, for manual trans.

The manual transmission is splash-lubricated. No pump, no filter

The manual transmission filter is right up by the johnson rod. Pre fill it with blinker fluid.
Don't forget to tighten your muffler bearings while you are down there.
