Which wheels look better?
Passenger side C7Z06 wheels were done with 2 cans of black plasti-dip and 1 can of gloss plasti-dip, and then, the red stripes from ebay… http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wheel-Stripe...r=551287773589 . The total cost was approx $35 with about 3 man-hours of my time. I might swap out my center caps for some black jake caps, if I can pick some up from the bargain bin.

You know what they say about opinions? You asked.
Can we say "Taxi Cab" its even hard to make out the design pattern from that short distance.

I prefer the black.
With the chrome, the wheels are the sole focus point... with the black, your eyes see the entire car.
(of course, I'm biased...I have black on black) That said, I do like the chrome on lighter colored cars.

I tried to create a poll post, but F’d it up by hitting the back button to chk my spelling. It would have said…
Which side looks better?
1. driver-side (pearl nickel)
2. passenger-side (murdered w/ red calipers and red stripes)
3. the combo of both sides
4. i like chrome #oldskool
The reason that the passenger sides have black is cuz those wheels need less cleaning…and therefore those sides are next to the garage wall.
It appears to me that the red calipers are more prominent with black wheels...which takes into account the different sizes of the calipers and the angle of the pix.
One of my many unique goals in life is to get the auto manufacturers to build cars with different pairs of wheels.

Are the Z06 wheels chrome or pearl nickel? It's tough to tell in that pic. Either way, whatever they are look better than the black. I absolutely hate black wheels.
