Received my GS Poster - Bent!
Been wondering if I'd be one of the lucky ones to get a poster. Came back from a week out of town to find my poster at the back door. Real nice crease in the cardboard. Open it up and, yep, real nice crease in the poster too. Does anybody know who to call to beg for a replacement?
Thanks.
Thanks.

You can contact them through the GM website. I sent them a thank you note for the poster there and they actually responded back and said they appreciated the note and that I liked the poster.

Thanks, can you tell me which address specifically. I've been run around on the phone from Customer Relations to Marketing to Customer Assistance. None of them knew what I was talking about.

Got run around to three different departments on the phone , none of which knew anything about the poster. Got an email back from the contact us link on Chevrolet.com basically saying go to our online store. Poster's recycled but the car is still awesome.

Got mine too. The glob of adhesive used to hold the ribbon around it touched the face of the poster inadvertently and ripped a nice hole out of the surface. Don't even care.

Guess I was lucky. Mine came yesterday in perfect shape. Impressive poster.

...Red for Stingray.
Update: I sent a message to the sender, an ad agency in W. Chicago (see return address label), and asked for a replacement. I also PM'd Chev. Cust. Svc. here for advice. All that said, I put the poster in a frame and can barely see the crease, but I'd still like to get a pristine one. Shipping the posters in a tube would be safer. I'll update this thread with a progress report.
