Default Spray bombing the calipers

I've painted Calipers Before, And ive always prepped them pretty well. Cleaned them and did the brush on. But I HATED the Brush marks. This go around I sprayed them. With Duplicolor caliper paint. I crossed my mind for a split second to use color match paint. But i wasnt sure of the temps it could with stand. I did 3 coats of Primer, 4 coats of Paint. and 3 coats of Clear.. Turned out Damn good... I'll have to see how it holds up. I didnt this last thursday and drove over a 100 miles to a wedding over a weekend and so far so good.

Maybe he changed his mind or bought it with a color he later wanted to change?

That looks great, at least in the pics.

Hmmm... Saw my brother's new Focus RS with the blue brakes and thought my Shark gray would also look cool with blue calipers. I have terrible luck with spray paint though. I need "pray" paint, because that's what I do every time I attempt using the stuff...

Looks good Bruce. Thanks for the report. I've been considering using the Duplicolor on the calipers of my DD Mustang GT. Looks like I'll just have to get to the job now.
