On my 2017 car, the white car has white doorjambs, until it transitions into the black interior plastic trim pieces. Can't say for other years.

I know it's not white, but on my 2015 Laguna Blue Z06, the door jam areas are painted Laguna Blue.
I would ask for a car fax on this car and see if it has been in an accident and had those parts replaced. They look like raw unpainted replacement parts.

Something going on there... Even on my black 15, the door jambs have the same finish as the rest of the exterior.
Both doors are the same way?
Strange that both jambs would be replaced and/or unfinished... equally strange that a previous owner would customize the door jambs...

Looks like someone at Bowling Green sent it down the line due to the sticker in the jamb... When my first C7 got blasted in the driver's door the body shop tried getting the original stickers, but were told no.

Its hard to tell from your pictures, but to me it looks like it was wrapped (the black areas). Open a door and try feeling for a lip on the black suspect area on the kick panel towards the front of the car (thats an area I can see that shouldnt be tucked under a panel).
I personally think it looks better the way that it is, but I totally understand wanting to know if there was any damage. Maybe see if you could talk to the previous owner and find out?
I normally almost always end up putting some kind of vinyl wrap on my cars right when I get them. If I had a white car, I would probably consider doing what you have done there.

yeah those looked wrapped Satin black to me. The corner where they ran the knifeless tape is a little wavy, and the wrapped handle hole is a giveaway for inlays. (we did this inlay on my car)
I am going to say that car was wrapped satin black full wrap and someone didn't take it all off when they removed the wrap.
Just my wrap experience. I would say if you pull the rear quarter panels there will be wrap under the air vents, guessing they didn't take the car fully apart for wrap removal.
Please look at this car VERY close. because if someone that doesn't install wraps removed this there could be cut lines in the paint where they took short cuts during the removal.

I've had dealers tell me there had been significant damage but the carfax was clean...
I initially thought wrap might be involved on the jambs too...but I've also heard that factory decals are extremely difficult to get a hold of.
FWIW, I do think the pics look great, and if someone took the time (and $) to wrap the jambs... it's probably been well cared for!

I've got a 2015 AW vert and its white sills etc.
Not sure how that one got to be black.
