Default Hand wash in ocean/monmouth county

Any hand car washes in ocean/monmouth county? I have my set hand wash spots up here in north jersey but spend my weekends at the shore over the summer. What spots do you guys use to wash your vettes?

Thanks
Steve

Default Hand wash and DIY car washes...

I know of two DIY car washes near me: in West Belmar/Wall on Rt. 35 north just off Rt. 138 (across the road from a Ford dealer); and Point Pleasant Beach on Richmond Ave. (Rt. 35) south in the middle of town (it's been at that location since the '60's! I used to bring my new '69 Vette there back in the day.)

On Rt. 9 south in Toms River (I think it's the north Dover section?) there's a big new car wash that's a couple of years old that has a separate garage area where they hand wash along with a regular one. The nice thing there is that the track in their automated wash lane can accommodate wide tires.

Yes i know the one you are talking about in belmar across from the ford dealer..

Was looking for a full service handwash where i don't have to bring car care products and leave at the house. Worse comes to worse ill end up going there and doing it myself

Thanks!

Detail doctor- most expensive.. think its like 70$

Shrewsbury car wash- 30-40

Car wash in Neptune on rt 33 just past the 33/66 circle. Close and easy but is not as good as the other 2.

Tell me what town ur in and I'll give u a better list.

Like posted above...if you don't mind a little work....I take my car to the touch less self wash in wall right in rt 35 before the entrance to 138/195. $10 and then I just use spray detail at home.

Eatontown Car Wash... I have only brought my Jeep there, but I was happy with the result. Not as expensive as other hand wash places but more expensive than DIY wash bays. The Jeep came out great, but I like to do the Corvette myself. They have a website and you can find them on Yelp.

All are but the wall wash offer hand washing. I'm 2 miles from belmar. I've tried them all because I drove my last vette year round.

You go online for detail doc and reserve a time. The other 2 you can just show up at. If you have a black car do you want to avoid swirl marks then go w the detail doc. If it's a lighter color you can get away w the cheaper ones.

Thank you!! just checked out the site, looks real legit. How long do they spend on your car at detail doctor? 45min?

About that- they have tv, coffee and snacks in the waiting room. They are legit. My car is usually the cheapest one in the lot lol.
