Looks like you're perhaps in New Zealand? Had to look up "Bobbin"...and I'm still a bit confused. Definition says its a spindle or cylinder. Got a diagram/picture of the part you're looking for?
the bobbin kit. is the attachment assemblies to bolt the rotor to the hat .
