C6 Z06 shocks on my C5 Annv. ?
Would it change my ride height. Annnv edition cars are lower than stock C5, why I don't know but I like the looks so I'm concerned about any apparent change. Thanks guys!!

Have not heard that the AE cars were any lower than any other C5. Source?
I doubt that the C6 Z06 shocks would make any difference in the ride height, and even if they did, it couldn't be much of a difference and could be adjusted through a suspension lowering.

Otherwise....
The only thing that will affect ride height on a C5 is how the bolts through the spring and lower control arm are adjusted. Search the term "lowered on stock bolts" and you'll have lots to read.
Basically the bolts on yours are showing more threads on the front and less threads on the rear which is what is lowering the car. You can raise or lower your car if you want free of charge if you have an afternoon to spend and a tutorial guiding you.

Go ahead and change your shocks to whatever you want, you wont alter your ride height anything from what it is now unless you follow one of the various lowering tutorials out there.

I replaced shocks, sway bars and leaf springs all at once, for C5 Z06 Springs and sways, with C6 Z06 dampers. When everything was in and we dropped the car, the initial reaction was LOL Monster Truck! Turns out it was only half an inch over stock height, I was just used to a ride height of about 25.5 at the front fender. Anyway, I put my car back up, dropped the bolts all the way and the car is now a little less than an inch below stock, which I'm happy with.
You will not regret deleting worn out F55 gear, the C6 Z06 shocks are even much more comfortable than blown F55's. The F55's and F45 shocks also weigh a ton, and add a lot of unsprung weight.

I know why your car is lower, same reason mine was, when F45/F55 systems die, they lose their gas charge and drop the car about two and a half inches! I purchased my '01 with 105k miles and the F45's were badly in need of replacement, and it was slammed!

The stock leaf springs are very low in spring rate, so the dampers do actually end up supporting some of the weight of the car which is why the droop can be excessive (And as an aside most cars droop when their shocks go, trust me hands on experience). I know other owners who had the same situation, and it was remedied with new shocks, just like in my case.
It was kind of nuts, when I took the F45 shocks out, they had no compression at all. You could slide the rod all the way into the damper body and it just stayed inside.

I have the 2003 AE Convertible and I just had the Chevrolet dealer in Rio Vista California replace my magnetic ride with the C6 ZO6 shocks. I did notice the car sitting slightly higher when they were done. The only thing I can attribute this to is that all of my magnetic ride shocks were leaking. The front right was so bad that it was throwing oil all over the brakes and surrounding area. It is like having a brand new car now with the new shocks. I can now hit a pot hole without having the wheel jerk out of my hand and it handles a lot, lot better. It was almost $1,000 to have the (4) shocks replaced, the computer bypassed so it doesn't throw error codes and to have an alignment done. I would definitely do this again. My car only has 29,000 miles on it and they were all leaking. I couldn't justify $5,000 to replace with the magnetic ride shocks.
