Cyber Grey ZR1 Spoiler, needs repair (NJ local pickup)

This was listed a long time ago by a friend and I forgot I had it still. The thin piece under the third brake light is cracked off and I don't have the missing piece. I would imagine someone can mold in some ABS plastic to fix and repaint it. I'm going to assume it's aftermarket due to no part number stamped anywhere on the underside.
$100 cash local pickup in Toms River or Union NJ. $130-140 w/ shipping.

Is there any way you can tell/verify if its OEM. Maybe from previous owner? If it is OEM I will be more than happy to pay 140shipped.
