Can't lower the heat on my control pan oel stuck at 32 degrees on my C4 1989
I can't get the heat to lower all the bottoms work.
The 3 bottoms on the bottom right control the fan speed and yes I've tried to hold down both the cool button and lower fan bottom but nothing.

Im not sure about the older C4s but on 91 and up that feature the new dash you can retrieve error codes from your HVAC control unit. Its also conceviable that the unit is toast and needs refurbishing or replacement. Just google 84-90 Corvette HVAC problems and you should get a good idea of what maybe wrong or how to diagnose the issue. Also you can remove the unit and clean the contacts behind each button wit a small pencil eraser and alcohol. I did that last year on my 94 and it works like new now
