Default 5/28/17 Delivery Post-Heavy on pics, Memorial Day Thank you~Mike Furman at Criswell**

~Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in service of the United States of America. My Father was Navy WW II, he didn't die during his time in the Navy but I always think of how fortunate we are for all the Men/Women that serve in the country's armed forces. I always state not to forget the Corvette Wave...well more importantly, thank these brave folks who serve our Country.

~John A. Of Vienna, Virginia factory ordered his very first Corvette from me 6 weeks ago with one phone call. John ordered a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport Cpe in Arctic White with two tone red interior, 7spd manual transmission, carbon flash badge Pkg, black wheels, cf black mirrors and 2LT Pkg. Great color combo!!!

~James and Connie S. of Carmel, Indiana called me 7 weeks ago to factory order a 2017 Corvette Stingray Convt. For not only Corvette Museum delivery but also the Build tour and follow their New Corvette thru the production process. They ordered Black paint Black interior and Black top with 2LT Pkg, 7spd manual trans, Performance exhaust, chrome wheels, Stingray logo center caps, Navigation/PDR, crossed flags hood liner,Stingray door sill plates and much more. They will be back at the Museum first week of June to drive their new Stingray Convt home to Indiana.

~Other Chevrolet deliveries that left the launch pad this week...I even sold 2 Bolt's to a Father and son that reside in Tucson, Arizona. They were referred to me from a trucking company out there.

~John from Jacksonville, Florida knew he was going to be visiting Maryland so he made an appt. with me to test drive a new Z06 because the dealers down where he lived wouldn't allow him behind the wheel.
John will be ordering a 2018 Z06.

~Mr 3,000 (Richard) sent me a picture of his fully restored 1974 Jaguar in Green/Tan which is why he chose Limerock Green/Kalahari for his 2014 Corvette order which became my 3,000th Corvette delivery back in Winter 13/14...

~Corvette Indy 500 Pace Car History in Pictures.

~My Corvette customer and friend Thurgood Marshall Jr is at the Indy 500 this weekend and sent me these Pace Car pics yesterday.

~A mix of old and new Corvette pics with some barn finds thrown in. Post up which picture is your favorite. A big Thank you to Richard Prince as he took some of these very cool Corvette action pictures (The first 8).

...Look closely at the reflection of my customers C7 Z06 on the lift above shining down on his 67 Convt....

Have a great week everyone. Save the Wave.

~I will be attending the June 17th Corvette Show in Annapolis, MD.

your buyer from Jacksonville fla...too funny! I am from jax too. I started 'trying' to buy a

vette in 2012. NO dealer IN Jax would even open a door for me to sit in a vette. atlantic blvd dealer would not even open the hatch for me to take a measurement. it took me 4 years and I bought the first vette I sat in since 1968!

Thanks Mike for the photos again this week, and THANK YOU to all who have served so that the rest of us Americans have the benefits we enjoy today!

A lot of photos of my favorite year, the '63 SWC.

Have a great weekend, and upcoming week!

Memorial Day is for remembrance of members of the armed forces who died serving, Veterans Day is for remembrance of all of those who served. Hopefully your dad is still alive, and falls into the latter

Awesome pics! Thanks for including the pic I texted you last night. You're the best! Oh, by the way, I referred you to a couple of Texas friends at a Corvette show yesterday. Friends, you can't find a better man to buy your next Corvette from!

I agree with jamalamadingdong (I can't ever remember how to spell your SN )

When you buy a car from Mike, it's not just the purchase that he makes special and provides the "Corvette Buying Experience" for.

If ANYTHING needs attention after the purchase, you can be 100% confident that Mike will get it taken care of, even if you bought out of state or need help from GM.

He has contacts within GM that are 2nd to none that he can leverage for his customers, which I can attest to first hand, and am very appreciate of.

Thanks Mike....I like the Midyear factory photo as well. The first photo below you may have....it is the '54 that was famously walled up inside the brick walls of a grocery store way back in the late '50s and not removed until the store was being torn down. The car was left to the store owners daughter in the early 90's and out of concern for its value, had it placed in her living room for safe keeping. Sold later at auction.

Still on guard.
