Are your headlight len's getting yellow?
I visited a friends shop yesterday and he was restoring a customer's C-6 headlight covers with replacement covers. He had found a source for new len's and the job looked like brand new headlights. He's in Knoxville, Tn.

Melting Slicks
My 2000 Camaro's lenses had turned that dingy yellow and I had tried any number of "solutions" for the problem. The lenses would get slightly clearer and then sink back into the yellow ooze. I finally bought Wipe New from the local O'Reilly's and it was not only easier than the other kits I had purchased, but the lenses stayed crystal clear for over a year until I sold the car.

Heel & Toe
My 2011 C6 lens aren't a problem on the outside so much as dried condensation film on the inside. Any solutions to clean the inside surface without removal? It's not the entire surface, just some spots scattered about.

Drifting
I just went through the lens replacement procedure, I had a blotchy gray haze on the inside of my lenses, I ordered new ones & while I waited for them to arrive I opened up the assemblies & buffed out 90% of the haze using Megs #205 compound with my DA buffer, also noticed that the painted (black) part of the assemblies was very sticky with film also ! so I also buffed that into a high gloss smooth surface, I'm just guessing that when these were assembled at the factory the paint was not allowed enough time to fully cure, when the new lenses arrived I assembled everything back together and very pleased with the results. so to answer your original question No there is no way to restore the inside of the lenses without removing & taking them apart, but you might try buffing the inside (nothing to lose)before you order new lenses...Good luck

If you find one ^ let me know . My lights are so-so, looks like probably someone polished them once before. Apparently they were nervous about getting close to the edge, because along the top of the left lens where it's curved there's some crazed yellowing. I'm probably going to mask it, sand and polish, then spray some CC. (I'll tear a piece of masking tape so there isn't a sharp line).
I really don't want to deal with undoing the front clip until I absolutely have to. I already used black weatherstrip adhesive to repair the underside of the gasket where it had split. Many small additions of the adhesive to fill in the 1/4" gap where the gasket wouldn't come together.

Notice how well my re-engineered black gasket fills in the opening and it stays in place unlike the factory gasket.

Filling in the opening greatly aides the positioning of the headlight during install.
