Who would buy this spoiler? Need someone to make it...
A forum member made this spoiler for his car and I absolutely love it. If we could get a vendor to make it, who would want to buy one?

Idk If it was on a solid color car like torch red it would be easier to make a judgment on it . C5 are hard cars to match up accessories on because of the curves . At car shows I've been able to spot a lot of add on stuff on a c5 because some of it looks out of place or gives off that ricer look

I wouldn't put that on my car if it was given to me

The only major issue I have with these type spoilers is regardless of their height they always appear way too short on the sides. That is, the spoiler sits way too far inward to the rear fascia. The problem will be it would be much more costly to make it stick further outwards as it would 1) require more sculpting work around the sides of the rear fascia and 2) require more quality control.
If it had the ZR1 shape but with the hugginess of the Caravaggio type spoiler I'd like it more.

Despite you being under the impression that the owner made it himself, I believe there are people on this forum that have the same thing. As for myself I have the Caravaggio spoiler and I love it. Consider that it was designed by John Cafaro, who also designed the C5.

I know he made it. It's a C7 carbon (vendors name) spoiler for a C6 that he modified to fit a C5.

Would like to see some better pics of the spoiler if possible.

How about something more along the lines of the viper wing? I think with them being rounder it would match the C5 lines better.

about the carravagio spoiler. I just dont understand why it has to extend to the rear quarter panel and it does not follow any body lines, it just bothers me. I'll say this, its not the worst looking spoiler for the C5, but definitely could be better. what i would like to see is the C7 Z spoiler for the C5. I was on the C6 forums and someone makes it for the C6, looks so good IMO.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks the carvaggio piece is horrible. Probably the worst looking wing I've seen, including dodge stealth lookalike.
The wing the OP posted is a million times better, not sure where the hate is coming from at all.
