Default J F custom leather question

I had ordered , for my 08 Convertible, the door sill leathers, 3 on each side,
front, center and rear. The center and the rear were perfect to put on, and
IMO look great. I have a problem with the front one. The stitching does
not line up with the center one.I had contacted J F customs and they sent
me a larger piece of leather, but that won't work either. Has anyone run
into this problem before, and maybe found a solution? Thanks

This doesn't answer your question, so I hope you don't mind a question.

Are their black pieces a pretty good match for Ebony interior?

I did mine and found you have to do them together, tweaking them enough to line up. My passenger side was a little off. To answer that question the black is dead on.

I have been looking at J & F leathers myself. It seems the answer to the question is to do both pieces together at the same time. I think there is another thread on this on the Forum.

Check with member myredhead1. Not sure if he did the third piece or not, but has a thread of installing the other two:
