Default separation of glass window from conv top of C5

hello all,
today while sitting in my parked '00 C5 conv, and listening to the high winds howling past the top (which was up and locked in place), the glass window suddenly separated from the cloth. both are still intact.
I assume that there was weakening of an adhesive holding the glass to the cloth top.

i am also noticing an insidiously worsening trickle (leakage of water) when it rains. has been happening over the past ~1 year.
aside from this, the cloth top is still in great condition. the water enters where the top edge of the window makes contact with the strip of weatherproofing, specifically where the roof folds.

how do I fix these problems and what product(s) should I use?
any help would be welcome.

sincerely,
kodell
