Default Alignment problem

Hey so when i did my cam swap i noticed both tie rod ends were bad so i swapped them out and brought the car for an alignment but everytime he would get the car straight and test, the alignment would shift. We checked all bushing, ball joints, end links all of it and theres no play in the front end. I noticed my front cradle has a gap between the cradle and frame. I took a video i was wondering if this was normal as i never touched the cradle during my cam swap.
The video quality isnt very good but you cam see the gap.
thanks

Did he try to tighten the cradle?

Yea we tried to loosen the rear bolts on the cradle jack the pan a little bit and tighten the front ones but no luck...i wonder if i have to drop the suspension, a arms, loosen the motor mounts to get some play? I never noticed the gap until then so i am not sure...im guessing that gap isnt normal though?

I have dropped the front and tightened back with no effort, Same for the back....Weird
Take the bolt all the way out and make sure it's not damaged, stripped.

Yea it is weird i think i will try again tommorow jack the cradle and pull the bolts out and see how they look if not i guess il have to try to drop the suspension...all i can think of is mayby the dowels are bent from not being seated and causing it to bind? I have no clue

Back that one out, I don't think there are dowels. I think the bolts just go through the sub frame into the main frame. I do know if you remove the sub frame you need to re align the car as the thrust angle can change. There is enough play to change the alignment.

And both sides have the same gap causing it to shift, at high speeds the car feels unstable..

Does anyone have any pics of there cradle sitting flush with the frame or know if this is abnormal? I have been searching and found another pic online where the cradle has the same gap as mine...

Did you check the inner tie rods and the rear tie rods?

I bought the car with headers already on it im wondering if they lowered the cradle to install the headers and never reinstalled it correctly? But if i had the car on the alignment lift and jack the pan up and tried loosening rear cradle bolts and tightening the front they wouldbt budge? Do you think i have to loosen motor mounts, upper tables and remove shock i would get more play in it to get it flush?

I would order new nuts, just cause. Losen motor mounts support the motor, losen all that stuff up, start with the cradle bolts and tighten all that stuff back up.
