Not for me. I can see the attraction of this though. This can have some benefits for someone not wanting to fix the ridiculous poor workmanship in megabuck flared fenders from our usual vendors.

If I were to want to do anything like that, I would want the flares to be complete and not just over the tops of the tires. Kinda has an off road look to it as it is.

Looks mean for sure! I wouldn't do it to mine, but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate the work that went into making it your hot rod.

Definitely interesting and very aggressive. Black, really dark blue, or other very dark color is definitely required for something like this. I would love to see it in person as I'll bet that is what really gives you the sense of width and stance of the car. The front seems awkward though. The lip is too blocky from the pictures, but that too may be a photograph angle issue. Lastly I too am a fan of the hood...

The lines on an original C5 body are just too beautiful for me to do something like that, but if you like it is what counts. It does look mean as hell and the rims are really cool.

Looks very mean. Better have the guns under the hood to support the look or it is just another 'fake car'.

I have been on this forum a long time. So I know that half hate- half like is HIGH PRAISE! thanks The car has headers- exhaust-cam and tune. But we actually intended it for a zo6 w the same treatment. It is a beast. This car is a
Backup for fine tuning the kit until we sort out the bottom end noise on the z06. These cars are very popular for autocross and the extra wide stance and rubber should be welcome. The kit can be installed easily on a Saturday. I will get some more pics soon.
