Default Rear bumper "Corvette" paint Yes or no?

Hi everyone,, I was thinking of painting or installing vinyl letters on the rear bumper. What has everyone else done? Blacked out car btw.

Thanks, I seen a red lettered black car and it kind of looked nice. LOL jumbled the letters.

RED ... that might be ok

That would be much better than some silly looking silver letters on there, but I still think you would be better off just leaving it like it is.

Just my opinion.

They actually make these plates in the non-jumbled letters variety.

Well, maybe only in Florida

What color are your calipers? I agree with red or maybe something subtle like a medium to dark grey.

grey looks like it could have come from GM, tasteful anyway

if it were me less is more; leave it black and get rid of the emblem, everyone knows what it is .

Well, I grew up in Phoenix, so it's true ... Get the right kind of palm trees, and they just do fine in that dry heat.

BTW ... the black 'Corvette' does look very nice on certain colors such as SSB. Of course, it goes nice with the blacked out C6 emblems on the back.

BTW ... Your car looks almost like a bastard twin of mine!

I'm considering the same. Are there kits specifically for this mod? I'm not much of a painter although I once painted a house numbers on my curb.... looked kinda shitty.

If you have red calipers, I think red letters would be a nice touch

No. Im not sure why people ask other people if or what they should do to their cars?
Yes. If you like something and have your OWN thoughts on what u think would look good then do it.
otherwise drive a car that you dont give a **** about and you wont need to ask everyone about every thing you do to it.
especially something as litttttttle as these rear bumper letters.
basically do what you want to do and who gives a rats *** if they dont like it.

Stainless steel on mine. I can take it off whenever. Maybe I'll paint it gray someday.
