Default Admiral Blue GS

Has anyone seen an Admiral Blue GS, black wheels, without stripes in person. Thoughts??

Close but not quite. It will be beautiful. I have a GS in Admiral Blue with silver wheels. Love it. I spent some time with an Admiral Blue Z51 with black wheels. Looked great, but I'm not a fan of black wheels. I think they make the entire wheel well look like a black hole. That said, my silver wheels are a pain to keep clean, get dirty almost immediately after washing with stock pads.

I have never seen admiral blue up close, only passed one going the opposite direction a few months ago. If I had seen it in person before I bought my collector edition I probably would have ordered the blue.
Since I saw that car on the road I have played on the Chevy website and "built" an admiral blue GS with the gray center stripe, 2 tone gray interior and machine faced wheels. I have never seen machine faced wheels in person either, but they look like a good compromise between shiny chrome & black?

Saw one this past weekend at a local show. The black wheels dulled down the whole car. The Admiral Blue is a great color but without stripes and black wheels it loses a lot looks wise. It needs either stripes or chrome/silver wheels.

I looks great. Chrome wheels are not necessary in this day and age.

I see one every day. I get so many compliments on the car it is starting to get embarrassing. In bright sunlight the color is really amazing. I love my black wheels with black lug nuts. I could live with polished aluminum but chrome, never.

I've seen it up close. My opinion is that it looks excellent. It was actually my second choice after what I bought (torch red).

I went from Torch Red to Admiral Blue. I love the AB but I do miss my TR.

Some amazing pics. Thanks everyone. It seems I always go back to a red vette, but I'm changing it up and ordered the Admiral Blue.

It's understandable since "all Corvettes are red, the rest are just mistakes" (according to the book of the same name). Plus, red IS the fastest color.

Love the plain AB. Stripes are just too busy for me.
