just curious if this is normal after a header install 😕

sounds like they are rubbing the tunnel somewhere and it's vibrating. Hard to hear in video. On one set of mine on a c6 Z06, had to loosen the motor mounts and shift the engine a bit on one side with a pry bar to give enough clearance and then re-tighten the motor mounts.

I did not have that after my header install, but my buddy did after he had some engine work and headers reinstalled. The exhaust is vibrating and hitting something. Remove the tunnel plate and wiggle the exhaust to see where it is hitting and make adjustments as necessary.

I have headers and they are like stock exhaust no rattles no issues but they run cooler esp with the Jethot coating. They are louder in sport an track mode but in touring they just sound better tan stock more tunes but no much if any louder.
So you have an issue.

After installing headers on my Z06, there was a loud rattle through my dash board. The installer said it was normal but when I took it to get tuned, that shop said it shouldn't be rattling like that and fixed it as the headers were rubbing against something in the engine bay.

What brand of headers? I have Kooks LTs...no such rattle here
