Classic lines more prevalent in original. Hood scoop is too " boxie " . disrupting the flow. If needed a 70 Chevelle type raised center could look like it belonged.

I've always thought that if you must put a hood scoop on a C1, an Austin Healy 3000 look would be the way to go.
