Default Fiber grill fiber optic lens gasket and speed nuts

I am looking for an original front turn signal fiber optic lens gasket. They are gray in color and hold the amber fiber optic lens. They fit in to the small hole in the front grill turn signal housing. I have both but one is kind of rough.

I am also looking for used original speed nuts to hold the grills to the lower valance. I am looking for used because they will more easily thread over the studs. This should greatly reduce the possibility of damaging the studs on the original grills.

Thanks!

Hi Bill,
Speed Nuts:
Have you considered tapping an awl in the speed nut (from the under side) to slightly open the nut and make it easier to install on the stud without the chance of damaging it?
I'd think it only needs to be 'opened' a tiny bit.
Regards,
Alan

I have one I took out of what I think was an NOS grille.

The lens has the part number on it so I'm assuming the rest is original too.

Hi Alan,

Mine are gray too. I have a spare black one that is installed but kinda hoped to find a gray one. My one gray one is deformed and the optic boot does not lock on properly. As a result the light is not as bright as it could be. Wonder if some originals were black?

Kind Regards,

Bill
