Has anyone ever bought a Corvette C7 or other generation just to get a specific#,YEAR
I recently was wondering if any one has purchased a C7 or other generation to get a certain year or number because it reminds you of a special time in your life or you just like a certain number. I have owned 12 Corvettes and have never had the #7 in any digit of a given year. I knew the latest Z06 I purchased would be my last so after owning a 2014 C7 I had a choice between a New 2017 or 2018. It might sound stupid to a lot of members but I went with the 2017 because the #7 is my favorite # and it is supposed to stand for luck

I bought a Corvette because it starts with COR like my user name of CORgidog1.

I would like to say how ridiculous this thread is, but.....
I like the number 5 and when my grandkids tease me about it and wonder why I bought a '14 instead of a '15 I ask them what one plus four equals.
You can rationalize anything if you really try. Even this thread.
