OK, OK, they are HO gauge slot cars, but they have been in my basement, in a box, in storage, for the last 45 plus years!!!!

The paint held up well....but I would be wary of the tires!

Those can be worth a couple hundred dollars to thousands!
My brothers now deceased father in law was into slot cars big time since the 60s. He had a shop filled with all types of slot cars and precious metals for making slot cars.
When we started going through his small little boxes he had all sorts of cars. Shelby Daytonas, Lola style race cars, muscle cars. Well over 500 of them, all scales.
It wasn't long before my sis-in laws phone was blowing up with people wanting to by the collection and offering big money to buy them.
I did receive his HPI RS4 nitro race RC car, which races on carpet and easily does over 100mph full go with its custom Italian Picco/ Nova Rossi racing engine, full carbon fiber, aluminum, and titanium parts.

I still have a box of track and several cars stored away at my parents house that hasn't see the light of day in over 50 years. Haven't given them any thought until today. Those were great days, sitting on the floor building new tracks and racing against my older brother. Thanks for sharing.
