I would need to install extended length studs here as well I assume? What all is involved in that?

Yes, you need longer studs - we sell those as well

You need to press out the old studs and press in the new ones

Hi!

I have a few questions:

1. What is the optimum spacer setup for a C6 GS/Z06 for the wheels to be almost flush to the fenders?

2. Do you do a package deal for 4 spacers, and the studs needed to use them?

Feel free to PM me!

Thanks,

Braddley

What is the maximum spacer thickness that wouldn't require longer studs please, and do you have them ??
Thanks

Personally I would not go more than 1/2"

STRONGLY recommended for 3/4" and REQUIRED for 1"

Braddley,

I think most GS/Z06 go with 5/16th - which we do not carry

1/2" isn't really possible. If you go a half inch then you cover up the lip of the hub but a 1/2" thick spacer doesn't have enough material to turn a new lip. I suppose you could run a 1/2", non-hub centric spacer but I wouldn't run that on my own car, so I wasn't going to make it for others.

It is possible, barely, but can be done. I have a set.

Couldn’t you add a hud extender straight thru the spacer?

Hi Chip,
To follow up on NSF’s question from last year you recommended not going more than 1/2” without new studs. I see you now off offer 3/8”, would these give the desired appearance of the tires being flush with the fender lip (GS) without requiring new studs? Thanks.

3/8 is the tipping point - anything larger "requires" longer studs
If it were me, I would do studs on 3/8, but you can get extend lugs that
will do it.

I tend to error on the safe side of this one personally

3/8 will work pretty nice on flushing out the wheels

Chip
