2015 C6 of the Year Finalist

Default Sadly, time to let it go. ;(

If any of you know of someone looking to get into a quality C6 with some very nice upgrades, I have put my 2010 (19,700 miles) back on the market.

M6, F55 suspension, Borla exhaust, and LOTS more (including 427 carbon fiber hood and 360 Forged 3 pc wheels) for $33K.

Check out my thread in the 'C6 for sale' section for more info.

Sorry to read this. I know it's been on your mind. Someone will be getting a great example of a C6 that's for sure. Take care.

Yea, very sorry to see her go!

It's the base but everything has been upgraded to GS equipment. The only thing it doesn't have is the dry sump.

Brakes, springs, sway bars all upgraded. Also has real carbon fiber Z06 fenders.

It even has @ $2500 drop spindles to get it 1" lower.

I have retired so I am simplifying things. I have an Acura that I will drive. I just don't need 2 cars and the cost that go with them (insurance, taxes, etc). Also, bad knees make getting in and out of Vette a little harder.

I'll be around to help others when I can.

My sympathies, I had to get rid of what was probably my last Corvette, mostly to keep mama happy. If mama ain't happy, you ain't going to be happy.

I hear ya on getting in & out, after 4 back surgeries and passing the 3/4 century mark it aint getting any easier that's for sure but until I cannot do it anymore period I will keep the thrill going.
Any plans on something to satisfy the "beans in your jeans" after Corvette ??
Good luck

Hate to see it go, but you gotta do what's right for you. Always loved the way you built that car. One of my favorites. New owner will get a great car.

Thanks!

I had someone that was very interested and was going to come take a look at it last year but I backed out and deleted the 'for sale' thread.

I just wasn't ready to let it go at that time.

Beautiful car tastefully done too.

My wife has about had it regarding riding in the C6. The seats just are to uncomfortable and getting in and out has become a problem.

She has been experiencing back problems and the Vette seems to be the culprit.

I am holding on as long as reasonable but I am only putting on some 1800 miles each of the last few years.

Good luck finding a new owner.
