The only number I can see is on the cover - 3871375. If you want another location I will have to pull it out this weekend. Let me know.

Thanks,
Jim

Hi, looking for a two letter code, such as

AA
AB
AC
AY
AW
AX
LR

The code is stamped into the differential case.

Thanks

It's right at the bottom, on the flat surface. You might need a toothbrush and some simple green to uncover it

The code is A W W 1 9 9

I did verify that it is a 3.08 by watching the number of u-joint turns to one wheel rotation.

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Jim

Good luck with your project.

Good luck with your sales.

Like your color........guess why?
My project #1 Racer will keep the yellow but add black accents and stripes.

Just got a hood from Jim shipped through Greyhound. Got to me in 5 days coast to coast. Great price, super packing, nice condition.
Excellent transaction, I highly recommend doing business with him.

Good news.

And yes Greyhound shipping is really cheap and good compared to the other 3 major shippers.
I had a stinger hood come to GA from CA years ago and had the same experience. I think it only cost me $75 shipping.

OP sounds like a good guy to do business with...

I am in the process of pulling the body off the frame this weekend. My plan is to remove the reinforcements and post pictures. Someone else has been waiting for me to pull them off, his only concern is one of the pictures looks like either the reinforcement was modified or the fiberglass on the car was modified. Won't know for sure till I pull it off. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks and I'm glad you were happy with the driver's hinge.

Hi, Ive got a 75 yellow L48 vette just like your donor. I'm needing a left frt fender, hood and transmission. It looks like I'm to late for the hood. Do you still have the transmission? Is it the correct code (original) for the car? CK hopefully? Would you be welling to sell the left frt fender and how much? Thanks, Kevin

Is the black carpet in good condition? Would you be willing to rip it out and sell it? Also what about the center console cover, the one that covers the hand brake?
