I bought this twin turbo kit and planned for a winter install but plans have changed and I no longer have the car. The kit has never been installed but I did open everything up to make sure there wasn't anything missing.
kit includes two turbos, two blow off valves, four wastegates, manifolds, hot side piping not including mufflers, cold side piping, intercooler, adjustable starter, various clamps and silicone connectors. I also have a go fast bits electronic boost controller I will include with the kit and also an oil thermostat fitting so you can keep your oil cooler with the kit. Looking to yet $3200 plus shipping.
not sure why they have wastegates on the manifolds and on the turbo housings. I'm pretty sure the down pipes are 3" but I have not measured them.
I read their site and it said 3 inch on all their kits. Didn't say why 4 wastegates were used tho. I'm going to assume to keep back pressure in check for using the 61/62 turbos.
wow what a deal. How different is the c5 kit? Tried searching here, but people just argued instead of talking abkut differences.
On 3 only makes a c6 kit, hurron speed makes one for the c5 but not c6. I could not tell you the exact differences but they have close to the same design and principles.
