Default Digital dash

Hello all. I've been driving my c4 now for almost a month maybe more. I have been wondering if my dash is supposed to be extremely bright. Like everything possible is lit up. Mph/kph all icons have light. It seems to be really saturated with light. Anyone possibly know where to start?

I would call the number in the link below - he fixed mine and it works as good as new.

Your top right bulb is out. It may also have the wrong bulbs in it. Cheaper to have a look than send it out. Some like the LED replacements.

Yes I took dash out and checked the bulbs, that's why the trim panel isn't placed back yet. The left blinker bulb doesn't flash in dash currently either. I'm thinking maybe the polarized film is bad. It's way too much info lit up. Even the rpm and speedo green is fully lit, but I can still see the segments as they fill up.

The polarizing film is definitely bad. Send it to Bryan and solve all your problems at one time:

Bryan at Batee was awesome to do buisness with, the price I paid to fix mine on my 84 was worth me not breaking anything on it or spending money chasing problems that weren't actually there.
