Default Found some serious bright switchbacks for cheap.

Well I had a issue with my switchback led after I pulled it out of the socket. The metal prong on the bottom came out and I needed to replace them. They served me well for years but I wasn't about to spend another 40 bucks so I go to my trusted source ebay. As I looked I seen these..$16 shipped

http://www.ebay.com/itm/3157-High-Po...53.m2749.l2649

They say 4x as brighter as the led that I had, and showed a picture. I figured what the hell and read the reviews but didn't take the pics/reviews all that to serious. I mean 4x brighter then what I had?!?! cmon man don't bs me.. Well I installed them last night and holly funk!!! These things crush my old 40 dollar led they put them to shame. I would say it's like comparing a double A flashlight to the bat signal showing in the sky lol... I will get pic tonight but if anyone wants some super bright led switchbacks these are the ones. I am not affiliated with them in no shape or form. I buy a lot of cheap stuff just to try and these are a winner!!! I just wanted to share..

in for pictures/video. I'm curious how these work. The ones that I have don't actually switch between white and yellow when I use the turn signal with the lights on. It just blinks yellow.

Good to know. I'd be interested to hear how long they last, as opposed to their brightness. So be sure to report back if you have any comments on the life span. You got "years" out of the $40 set, so if these last just as long, then this is a good deal. If they blow every year, then not so much.

I learned the hard way to stay away from cheap LEDs...because they are usually cheaply made and don't last. Good luck OP.

What's the old saying, you get what you pay for.

Good Luck OP.

Why do they have to change color? What's the purpose?

According to the Phillips website, they have a full line of led bulbs for the C5 save the headlights.

I always favor big brands for quality, a few guys are just pass through sellers and are interested in quality as a secondary concern against selling the stuff cheap.

White for parking/running lights, amber for turn signal.
