Buying new Grand Sport
First post, been lurking for a while and learned quite a bit.
Here goes; anyone bought from Jim Ellis Chevrolet in Atlanta?
Just doing my due diligence before committing.
Thanks all!!

No, not Jim Ellis Chevy, however when I was searching for my GS I was in contact with Rick Hendricks Chevy in Duluth and Atlanta. Both were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Even though they had large inventories, they didn't have quite the car I was looking for. Otherwise I would have purchased from them.

My curiosity got the better of me I read those post on Yelp some were for service some were for used cars. Not many for new cars like I said known Reggie since 1990. Cars are sold all the time you call about a certain car out of state, customer walks in sees another salesman and buys the car. You can't expect sales men to hold car without deposit. They can put up notice sell pending but if someone is standing there with the money you know what happens.
13% off is more than Florida dealers will give you off.
Call Reggie talk and see what he can do for you. My kids drive from NJ to trade they get more for trade better discount.

I saw they posted 13% off MSRP wondering if the 3k loyalty rebate is included in that or you can take off an extra 3k. If so might have to fly to Atlanta.
Wonder what their doc fee is.

13% off does NOT include the $3K rebate. Be persistent, there are amazing deals out there. Good luck!

Thank you, gentlemen, your comments are very much appreciated!
I also read the Yelp reviews and they seem to be geared more towards service and other issues.
Mostly concerned about the PDI, Reggie's been super easy to work with since the first email. Straight shooter, no BS and quick replies!
I wish we qualified for the loyalty rebate but unfortunately we don't, fingers crossed that GM comes out with others by the time we take delivery.
Again, thank you guys!

It'll match our '72 Ontario Orange, tan interior coupe

I also live in FL and it's good to know there are deals in nearby states. My shopping for a new Z06 will begin in December after I know what, if any changes are made to the 2019s. I almost pulled the trigger last winter and in January/February, some of the northern winter season dealers were offering 12% off of MSRP for ordered Corvettes, not just inventory, so 13% is a nice deal.
Local Fl dealers were only offering supplier pricing which basically is GM incentive discount that equals to 7% with nothing thrown in from the dealer.

13% off MSRP -Jim Ellis Chevy
Thank you for your question our dealer fee is 599.00 and the 13% is without locality rebate since we would not be able to know who might qualify, so if you have loyalty or qualify for any rebates based on your home zip code then those would be credited to deal. Hope this helps in your decision to purchase a corvette. Buy from the southeastern best Jim Ellis Chevy Reggie Stagmaier " Corvette King Since 1979" call or text today 404 569 0481
Plus see image below all corvette inventory is stored in our state of the art parking deck out of elements ...

Note on rebates and incentives: you never know what will be out there when you take delivery.
I ordered my GS in April when Loyalty rebates were in effect.
I hoped they would hold onto them for a few months.
But Nooooo.
Took delivery in June with no incentives.
Hope for the best; don't feel bad if they are gone.

I was told as soon as your car is issued a VIN you could finalize the paperwork and get whatever incentives were available at that time.
Of course there are possible issues like if the car is damaged upon delivery. But if the above is true and there are really good incentives at the time that is good info to know.
