Default 1964 Idler Arm Washer Question

All, the runber washer located between the steering link and the end of my idler has a wedge of rubber missing. I need to replace the remnants without footing the bill for a whole new idler assembly. Anyone have any ideas on how to make or purchase just the washer?

The bushing is available. Example is Zip Corvette SU-621, $4.99. Other vendors probably sell the same one. Dennis

My 64 coupe has the exact same issue. My repair is in progress. I am using Permatex 66B , clear RTV SILICONE sealant. What appeared to be a wedge missing while assembled, turned out to be a torn foam washer. I'll add the nylon washer to the rubber washer upon reassembly. Hope this helps.
