till Spring!
Put my 02 away for the year today. I'll still drive the 99 awhile then she'll be put away too. Tomorrow's high is to be 47 degrees with a low of 33 degrees, brrr.

Put mine away today also. And MBVette, yes they do. Here in Wis, too. Tomorrow high is supposed to be 42. Actually, it is not too common for there to be nice days like today this late in the year. Snowing at least once is not uncommon.

Topped off the tank today and added a bottle of Techron. Tomorrow I will finish getting it ready and then put on the cover for the winter in Wisconsin.

70 in Western North Carolina right now - however, it's pouring rain and we have a tornado warning so think I'll keep the car in for now!

Thats so crazy its so early still. Im in Northern VA and I wouldnt even think about putting her away until Mid December. Sure it might get chilly but not continually cold enough that I wouldnt drive it.
So when do you guys take the car back out?

I can still drive fun cars in the summers here, and all of my cars have good AC which makes it very easy to deal with. The cold bothers me way more— I'm originally from NYC so I spent many years dealing with winters and snow... I don't ever want to deal with that again.

Still driving on Cape Cod. Heck, my boat is still in the water. Too early for me to go into winter mode.

I am just the opposite of most, 40 years of the Southern California desert. I don't care if
I ever see another day over 80 degrees. I usually drive my vette till mid December. Mike

Usually the first of May but this year took it out the third week of April because there was a real nice stretch of weather. Then it turned winter again until about the middle of May. On the bright side, the weather keeps the miles down.

Hoping to still get a few more drives in before I haven’t put mine away for the year. It is usually around the first of December before mine goes in hibernation.

After being a snowbird for 13 years I spent the entire season in SW Florida and skipped the trip to my summer home on Lake Champlain in Vermont. Got the experience of hurricane IRMA and learned about some new local bars. I used to store the vert in my garage during summer but used it the entire year for a change. The New England winters were never too severe, jus TOO LONG for me. Good luck to all the Corvette owners dealing with winter storage.
