[Z06] 18/19 or 19/20
#1
18/19, 19/20 or 18/20?
what say you all. which looks better?
anyone have any pics to share to compare?
kinda leaning towards the 18/19 since it will keep the COG lower than the 19/20.
or split the difference and go 18/20? anyone doing this?
edit: NVM after some review I am liking the 18/20.
Only follow up is the 18 in front would clear the c6 z06 brakes, correct?

19/20 is visually more striking. Your COG will not change with 18/19 or 19/20 as long as you use proper tire sizes.

The staggered diameters, regardless of size wind up with the front sidewall looking bigger than the rear tire's sidewall. When I had my CCW Classics I did 18's front and rear, 265's in front and 295's in the rear. IMO, it looked great. Doing new wheels in 19's all around.

No, still the stock ride height. I wanted to run it once without changing anything from stock except the tires. Next I will lower it, add camber and adjust toe. Then will be a Strano bar, then shocks. The stock front spring bolt pads are pretty deteriorated, I have a lathe and am going to make some replacements pads from polyurethane, technically they wont be legal but realistically they will not add any performance value.

wow, thanks for all the responses and pics!
I doubt I will execute this until early-mid 2018 but primarily in the research phase. I will most likely get a programmer to change the programming to match.
as of now I will either go with a 30 or 35 for wall thickness.
this will be an expensive undertaking since in addition I have come across a widened rear fender kit that will be part of the plan
I may open up a new thread but I need to know what people that have it use as far as offset/wheel width.
