Default BTR stage 2 cam results

Picked up the car yesterday from Cordes performance racing (CPR) and am very taken away at the results. I drove home in typical Friday 5 oclock traffic and it was very well mannered. it drives very easy with minimal effort over stock, it almost feels stockish aside from all the noise and rocking/thumping the cam makes. I got LOTS of looks and a couple thumbs up on my drive home. because of traffic I didn't really get to get on it very much, plus I'm still on 325 Michelin pilot sports. the car does scream though. I gave it the goose in 2nd gear at like 3k rpms and it threw me back pretty hard. stock IM/TB along with 91 are holding it back some, but a MSD/102 and flex fuel are certainly in it's future.

stock baseline was 436/414

Mods:
WCCH heads ported and milled (.30)
BTR stage 2 cam
ARH 2" catless headers
Airaid CAI
staright pipe/muffler delete

after was on same dyno
made 543/494

Good results. Bet it drives like a dream. My BTR 3 was pretty easy to drive as well.

Read nothing but good things about CPR... A lot of fast cars out of AZ... Very nice.

I have a custom cam with very similar specs to the BTR 2 and made about 560 with throttle body and intake. Rides just like you said - almost like stock but the cam lope and shake is awesome! Great work! Enjoy!

their work and customer satisfaction/word of mouth speaks for itself.... which is why they will be the only ones that work on the car.

sweet, that's what I'm hoping to be around when I do the MSD/102 setup....560+whp would be nice along with hopefully over 500wtq.

Nice! I just got mine back from DRM. BTR2, PRC 265 heads (were already on the car), halltech mf103, ported stock TB, stock IM, ARH 1-7/8” catted through B&B Bullets. Dynojet at 541whp and 502 whtq. On 91 with 10% ethanol. No prior dyno there as the motor was hurt when i brought it in. Im thrilled. I have the same thoughts of an MSD and NW combo looking for 560whp +.

Thanks for the post OP. Do you live in Phoenix? I am considering a H/C/I through Joe for my c6z but I’d love a ride to see and hear/seat of the pants feel what I’m paying for......any chance we could meet up sometime in the next few weeks?

Joe's shop is ~90 minutes from Tuscon. You could probably call him and get a ride in something that you're thinking about.

Nice power from a mild cam. Joe and his CPR crew do good work. I'm guessing your idle is set down in the 750-800 rpm range?
