C4 interior pics
Hello Everyone,
First of all, I want to say hello to my c4 community. I am very excited to finally sign up after a year+ of ownership.
I am wanting to make some changes to my interior and having trouble finding many interior pics of a c4 corvette. I am looking to see what other c4 owners are doing and maybe help with some ideas. At the moment, I am thinking about just removing the beige seats and beige door panels and replacing it with the color Kalahari. I wont be touching the black dash or the small portion of black on the door panels, will also swap out the beige carpet and replace with black. Does anyone have any pics and or suggestions on query search to find interior pics? Also, I am very open to suggestions or ideas!
Steve

Welcome! Nice '94!
Well it sounds like you want to convert the beige interior to black. What exactly are you looking for in regards to ideas? Two-tone interiors? Custom additions like floor mats and seat covers?
Google image searches like "c4 corvette interior" will bring up plenty of results.

IIUC your wanting to go from a beige to a dark beige interior color that wasn't standard in 94. That means a lot of this is custom work. Especially the door panels. Is your intent to dye the existing seats and panels or reupholster them?

I didn't thoroughly read your message the first time, sorry about that! I guess I was just looking to see more pics of other C4 interiors (custom and stock). There doesn't seem to be to many pictures or I am just not searching correctly. I am thinking about converting the beige interior to a darker brown tone (Kalahari color to be exact, similar on the newer vetts) and replacing the beige carpet to black carpet.

I have basically the same color combo as you.
I had this done to the headliner last year. I really like it. It's modeled after the pattern used for the first time on the 2017 C7 3LT head liner.
The C7 headliner is made using alcantara micro fiber but I chose to go with old style leather.

My new seat foams came in today from Ecklers, so I guess there is no turning back! Going to order the leather hide tomorrow

Along the frame rails I cut out the OEM grill and installed a metal one I fabbed from some old woofer grilles. In the stock Location I have a 4" and tweeter in some custom boxes, the boxes are nice, still debating if they are helping or hindering the speakers.
Rear has a 6.5 EU700 Woofer on each side, behind the stock grill. I have 2 Arc Audio KS 300.4 Amps powering everything, I have had an array of radios in the car, I had a couple chinese androids, but the sound is not there. I am installing an Alpine this winter in place of the android. I would install my old Nakamichi, but I really like the backup camera.
As for the rest of the interior, it is a bit of a hybrid. it is a 1990, 94-96 door cards, 94-96 lower hush panels on both sides. 94-96 truvette torch red carpeting. 96 seat belts, 96 sport seats (they look base, but are sport)
Console and radio trim are a blend of 90 and 94 bezels, side console piece on the driver side is 94-96, all the buttons on the DIC, AC and Head light switch are black from a 1992-93. Steering column is from an 87 with tilt and telescopic features along with the Momo steering wheel.
I think that sums up the rest of the car

Thank you -=Jeff=-
The seats really came out nice.
You've really done the whole thing up nicely and are an inspiration for all those guys who are afraid to mix things up a little to make the car their own.
