Default 2013 C6 upgrades

I have a 2013 C6 base model vette and I’m looking to add more horsepower and the acceleration quicker. I only have a budget of 5k at the moment. Thanks for any help

Try to find others that have done certain mods. Your local dragstrip would be a good place and could help you determine your cost/benefit analysis.

Good luck on your build, i am in the same boat as well! 2013 base model ready to start adding some upgrades. the only real thing that kinda stops me is the warranty, but i wanna go faster! lol. As of right now she sits as bone stock M6. of all the reading ive been doing on here a FI seems the best way to go as far getting good results. a cam sound nice but wont really yield the same results as FI. especially for the money to power ratio. I might be wrong but what ive seen is that a supercharger could be a little more expensive but would give you more power than to do a whole cam set up, now if you add intake! that starts getting more pricey and probabaly still be faster with a super charger. once again this is just my .02 cents im sure others will have better info to give.

Default Go with a supercharger!

Currently, I have a stock 2006 Z06, but my prior Vette was a 1999 coupe. One of the first things I did was put on a Procharger supercharger. The power increase was dramatic. If you have the ability to install it yourself, then you will be in the “range” of your budget. Forced induction is by far the biggest bang for your buck. Good luck with your mods, and let us know how it turns out.

What's your location? See if you can find a LSX shop close to where you are.
