Default High oil temperature message

While high speed driving, a message appeared stating ' High oil temperature" Reduce RPMs". Oil temperature in "gauges states 388 degrees. Coolant was 192 degrees. Oil pressure 40+.
What's the problem?

It is right above the oil filter with the plug facing up.
