Melting Slicks
1 month 6 months 12 months
Positive 772 5075 9665
Neutral 4 30 40
Negative 7 29 31
Look like good odds to me.
67 negatives out of 15,512 possibilities.
That's 4/10 of 1% negative feedback.

6/19 I ordered through Amazon and Cultrag is the seller and shipper. Original delivery date was 6/28. Guess where it was? Cultrag used USPS (instead of UPS or Fedex) so on 6/22 it was in Morgantown, PA. On 6/29, it's still in the same state at Philadelphia. Now the expected delivery date is 6/29 to 7/4.

Good Afternoon,
Thanks for the order and feedback. Both positive and negative. You guys probably have no idea how tough it is with people on eBay.
We have higher ratings than the other high volume vendors and we do about double or triple their volume. If we get 800 feedbacks per month that means we're really doing like 3 or 4 thousand transactions per month.
The pile of negative feedbacks at the beginning of the year are all related to delivery issues with the weather. We kept getting pounded by storms every 2 or 3 days. And when you're doing as much volume as we are GM cannot even keep up with our stock. This isn't a joke. This is the real deal.
For a couple of months now we are having issues with the USPS. We have to get our shipments picked up in a small tractor trailer because we have too many. So when they pick them up from us and move them around they are very slow because there are so many. Trust me when I tell you I have a spreadsheet with tracking numbers on it to go over with someone higher up at the USPS when I get to them. I could go on and on about this.
We are dedicated to our customer base I can tell you that. I lived in PA all of my life. Last year at the end of the year I moved to Texas. I am in negotiations on a new facility here so we can service our Southern and Mid West to West Coast customers from here. This will rule out the weather issue in the future and will also help with the too high of volume for the local USPS and FedEx there in PA.
I don't know of any other vendor or competitor or company who has spent as much to relocate and to dedicate themselves more to their customer base to increase customer service, delivery times, etc.
Thank you,
Gene.
