Can you release and engage the e-brake with out haveing the key near the car?

I need to pick the new car up on the shipping company but i dont have any keyless key only the hard key.

Is it possible to release and engage the e-brake if the car only have battery?

Just curious -- how are you planning on picking the car up, but yet don't have the fob?
You have the hard key but no fob? Very unusual.
