I would honestly never say any supercharger kit is 100% complete when removed from a car. I'm sure some clamps, hardware, or misc pieces might be missing. Doesn't come with spark plugs either but it does come with every major component and would say it will be 99% complete.

Not worth the hassle. This is for cathedral port heads so it wont work with yours
