Default 1500 HP Air to Air Intercooler Upgrade Pre Order

Been developing this bad boy for a customer in Qatar and have had alot of requests for it from other shops.

Is designed to bolt into the Verical Mount Procharger intercooler brackets and be a bolt in to their 3" Piping

Requires approx 2.75" notch of lower section of oem aluminum crash guard to accommodate the taller core.

New Core Dims, 24" long, 14" tall, 4.5" thick
All sheet metal end tanks are 3/16" cnc laser cut and cnc press brake bent.

Can be had with 3" in/out or 3.5" in/out (coming 3.5" race aluminum charge pipe kit in the works). Inlet/outlet is 1/8" wall bead rolled ends.

Can have bov and maf mounted to intercooler (bov hot side, maf cold side).

No more having to run meth for setups over 800hp to keep the iats in check!

Pricing will be $1450 shipped to anywhere in the USA for intercooler only.

text 832/392/2848 for ordering details

Nice work! That's a good sized a2a core! Be nice to see some pics mounted to the car and the cutting required.

You're killing it with the Procharger upgrades! First the air-to-water, now the air-to-air. You'll definitely see a few orders from us for our guys with F1X's.

I haven't began the horizontal intercooler upgrades yet, once I finish the vertical mount I will work on it as well as alot of people with other blower kits and turbo kits could use it as well.

Yes Mansour is the one getting this big monster in the works.

Just a follow up with this setup,

I will start with negative things with this setup

you will have to take alot of material from the front crash bar to fit it and if you are planning to run the big blow of valve with the same position it will hit the ground with any street pump or if you car is lowered

postive things,

you will gain 80whp in the mid range and i think there is a bit more in the high rpm but i had a little belt slip and will have cooler iats, 4 psi more with the same pulley i used before

this compared to a&a intercooler

Here is the dyno graph, blue is with aa cooler, red is with the new cooler it had a little belt slip or boost leak at the end but hell yeah the new intercooler made a huge difference in the mid rpm
