Default "New" to me Black 2004 Coupe

Hello Everyone,
I just bought a 2004 Black Coupe this morning. Traded in my 1995 torch red with 33,000 miles for this 2004 C5 with 31,000 miles. I am here in Upstate NY. I CAN NOT WAIT til spring hits! So glad the forum is here to share my good news!
Thanks,
Jim

Great looking car. Black is beautiful from one that knows.

Do not wait until spring. If the snow is off and no bad stuff on the roads, drive it. How could you just look at the car without driving it?

Thanks for the comments everyone! I am a traditional "Stock" type of guy, but the rims are in perfect condition and have now grown on me.

Any suggestions for a nice fitting indoor C5 cover? I have a generic cover from my C4, but I am looking to upgrade that too.

Wow- The black looks great at dusk in you pic. Mine does not have a body colored plate in the front but after seeing it on other peoples cars- tempting to put one on. I wish I was in a state that allowed it (New York). I know people who have been pulled over for it.

I have heard good reviews for these indoor covers and the vendor is very reputable, Can't beat the price: http://www.westcoastcorvette.com/sea...uard&genre=-2-

Congratulations! I think the C5 looks great in black, though I may be biased.

Great looking Corvette. No wonder you can't wait until spring. It'll be a tough wait for sure. Congratulations.

Congrats and that's one great looking C5. Hope winter ends early and you can get the car out to enjoy a cruise.

I have this cover. I purchased it used off of my local Craigslist and it was 10 years old at the time. Still looks great. The elastic is good. Go for it. Vette looks great! Love the wheels. Enjoy!
