Interesting question. In short, the torque hit on a nitrous car is typically pretty addictive but it depends on the ramp rate, your setup, and how big of a pair you have/willingness to dial the ramp in to a shorter duration. It's definitely noticeable and a 700HP NA setup is not going to have the same 700ftl/lbs of torque that the 700HP nitrous car is going to have.

I would just always think of fast and the furious before it got retarded that nitrous hit just pinning you in the seat

If you’re using a progressive controller, properly adjusted, you will just feel the power come on linearly.
By contrast if you do a 200 shot, and hit it full whack, without a controller, well, it’ll feel like God kicked you in the ***! Ask me how I know...

really thinking about doing a 200 shot on my blower build also down the road to
hit my initial 1000whp but after calling a nitrous company and being told you need to check spark plugs regularly seems like a pain in the ***. But two 15 bottles sitting behind you also looks really intimidating. I’ll just buy the kit for looks LOL

I was definitely expecting a bigger kick in the pants when I first did my nitrous setup. May just be how mine is setup but it's more in the middle of a progressive setup and a straight 100% shot. Haven't been able to get traction on the 150 shot so I can't really tell how hard it hits.

Unfortunately, yes. I thought I could get away with just some new tires. Going to hold off till it actually warms up and see how it does then. Still hoping it'll hook with the 17s.

when im done with my build Ima get a set of 345/35/18 Mickey Thompson for 800ish to the tire and see if it holds up. Then for the drag strip go with a set of 17s. Maybe even 15s they look badass with all that meat

imagine Dhalsim from street fighter wearing a size 13 Timberland, drop kicks you in your back, and his legs extents 1000ft

My car went from trapping 120mph, to 138

last time out at the track last October one of my side kicks said his 200 shot felt like it blew up his differential and transmission.sure enough at end of track looking under car there were pieces of differential and transmission missing in action with gear oil and trany fluid everywhere.he has been working on new diff and trany ever since.your results may vary.it did go a 1.41 60ft on that launch

I have over 50 passes on >200hp jetting on the stock differential without issue. Gotta ride the clutch to play the game. I've gone 1.45 on radials and 1.38 on slicks spraying out of the hole.

Same here! well not 50 passes at the track but maybe 20 plus a whole lot of street hits. Mine is a auto, stock 6l80 and stock dif. No issues here.
