Do comp seats come with lumbar support in 1LT?

If your car is a 1LT and it comes with comp seats then no, you do not get adjustable lumbar or side bolsters. If you order the comp seatback conversion kit it would not come with it either since you would reuse the stock 1LT seatback frame.

Get the 2LT if you can swing it. You get adjustable seats with heating and cooling, and you get the HUD. You can't add them later if you change your mind.

2LT gets you memory package, heated and ventilated seats w/ seat badges, power lumbar and side bolsters, power heated outside mirrors w/ auto-dim on drivers side, auto dimming rear view mirror, visor garage door opener w/ 3 opener buttons, premium Bose sound system w/ surround sound and sub-woofer, front cameras, color HUD, advanced theft deterrent system, and 9 additional months of Sirius/XM subscription.

I do not believe you can get competition seats in 1LT requires 2LT

You can get Comp Seats on a 1LT (I have them). They do not have adjustable lumber, or adjustable side bolsters, or heaters, or cooling fans. On a 1LT with Comp seats, they bundle-in the suede seat inserts, suede steering wheel, and suede shifter-boot.

Yes, very comfortable and snug. I can't imagine wanting to adjust the side bolsters any tighter than they are already, on the non-adjustable 1LT comp seat.

Has anyone swapped out GT for Comp seats? I know there are many threads on GT/Comp conversions, but wanted to know if anyone has had success either buying entire seat(s) from GM or swapping with another owner.

Bottom seat pan is the same in Comp and GT. You're only swapping out the back if you do a conversion.

GM does not sell seats. You would need to source them from salvage yard or another owner. Keep in mind that there are differences in the electronics between different years. I swapped the seats out of my 2014 into my 2017 before I traded .. it caused an AIRBAG error light in the 2014 .. but the 2017 was fine. It was a huge hassle with the dealer and they ended up having to swap the seat pans to to turn the airbag light off in the 2014. Luckily I had it in our sales contract that I was swapping the seats from my 2014 into my 2017 as part of the deal so they paid their tech to do it. I had converted my 2014 seats to Competition seats so wanted them in the 2017.
