I have the factory Stage 1 Winglets that came off a 2015 C7 Z06 that are painted in carbon flash.
One winglet does have some minor scratches that you can notice when up close. They are very minor in nature, but I did want to disclose them and I will reduce the price to $50 plus shipping.

The scratches really are not very noticeable, unless the light hits them just right and you are within a few inches, but I wanted to mention them to the potential buyer.
