Yes. The 3 bolts are hard to access and may turn only a small amount each time by flipping the open end wrench. I have seen someone drill a hole in the bracket tinaccess one of the bolts.
Purchase the PS Pulley remover/installer tool kit. Lisle makes a nice one, about $50, IIRC. You'll wonder how you ever worked on these engines without one.

gents are you talking about a genaric kit or is there a specific kit in mind?
I didn't realize my "hole drilling operation" would be worth $50! Once you get the pump off the slow way, drilling the hole in the pulley is easy. That makes the re-installation and any subsequent removals easy.
Your local Autozone will rent these to you at no cost. You essentially buy the component as the rental fee and they credit your card in full when you return.
I've done this many times for quite a number of tools. Actually simpler than drilling the hole in my opinion.
