Al Knoch.... I trimmed almost nothing off their carpet. A little at the kick panels and around the center console and that was it. I think I installed it in about 45 minutes...
I have a 'how to' on the 61/62 carpet if you want it.

Al Knock in mine, with no trimming required. That was years ago. Original salt and pepper loop.

I've always had good experience with Al Knoch carpets for fit and originality. I'm on my 4th set as they tend to fade after awhile but I guess a 10 year carpet life is not too bad.

Don't know who the manufacturer for Al Knock is, but 9 of 10 times it is ACC carpet https://www.accmats.com/
Everyone from JC Whitney, Rock Auto, Echlers, and more retails it. They have all of the grades and pads and etc.
I used it in R68 after getting samples from 3 competitors.

I've installed ACC carpet in at least a dozen cars and have never been disappointed with the quality or the fit.

Read the descriptions carefully. ACC makes different carpet with different loops and material. Don't know what is correct for your car if you are a NCRS competitor, but you can order the wrong stuff easily.

Some of the guys with C1s might be able to tell you if it is loop carpet, 80/20 nylon, jute backing, etc. - Maybe you already know!!

As all of my cars are non properly restored to NCRS standards drivers, I don't lose any points nor sleep over it.

I also always keep my old carpet and convertible tops to use as a pattern (if they fitted properly). Just a note.

I used Al Knoch everything in my ‘60, but in my 63SWC I am having my interior guy do his thing throughout the interior. I believe I will get better quality materials that way.....

Yes, however often times the people that specialize in particular models of cars have their OWN specifications TO the carpet manufacturers. I found this with Mopars. I had ordered a rubber floor mat direct from the manufacturer and when I got it, it was too short width wise. I then ordered one from a well known Mopar interior vendor and it was perfect. Turns out he knew to order it "untrimmed" from the factory as this was a common problem. The people that deal with this everyday KNOW all of these little tricks and you are better off ordering through them in most cases and it will cost you no more then "going direct."
