Where have they all gone?
It's been awhile since I've seen another Z06 on the road. Probably some time early last fall. They must get driven about as frequently as mine does. I know they're out there.

Many members, especially those that live in states where the winter weather makes a mess of things, put their cars in storage from perhaps late November, early December until maybe mid-March. I know that is what I do. Other than that, if you do not receive winter weather, no clue why you haven't seen another C5 Z out there.

I don't see many C5Zs in my area. I personally only know of 3 others besides mine.

What do they say....location, location, location. C5's and C5 Z's are all over the place down here. We do have hurricanes but no floods or salt on the roads and are driven 12 months a year.

I don’t any c5z’s in my area either. I see other generations. I’m going to try autocross soon and maybe I’ll see more.

Same reason you don't see many older 911 Porsches rolling around.
At some point they cease to be daily drivers and are tucked away and enjoyed on nice days.
Also like wine, the older the year, the less chance you'll see a bottle on the store shelf.

In my Local Corvette club, (Which has a decent membership) there is only 1 other C5Z. Of course, it is Millennium Yellow just like mine. Other than that one I think I have seen one other on the road in the last year. I have to say I do not see many Z's of any generation while out driving. Now when my son and I go to a car show I have seen a few but they are pretty far and few between.

None on the roads here yet in Kelowna BC. Seen a couple newer 911's, that's about it for sports cars so far.

I see C6 and C7Zs more than C5Zs driving around. At my local autocross there is usually 3 or 4 C5Zs.
I see a lot of people daily drive all models of C5 and newer Vettes around SoCal. There are two C6 Grand Sports in my neighborhood that don't even live in a garage. They are parked on the street and daily driven.
