Default Tail light wiring

I’m sure this is too elementary for this group, but here goes: I have an idea for additional lighting at the rear that would work with the tail lights. I understand that the 3057 is a dual filament bulb. Using the right side as an example, there’s a brown(tail light), black(ground) and green(signal) wire.
If I were to attach an led strip to the brown wire and ground, what would the result be?
If I do the same with the green wire what would happen?

Thanks folks.

Brown wire is running/parking lights. It will light up whenever your running lights are on.

Green wire is your brake/signal light. It will light up whenever your brake or right turn signal is on.
